Support for non-subscription customers is billable at $150 per hour for any or all of the following: (minimum $150)
- License transfers
- Software Upgrades
- Software fixes due to viruses on the customers computer
- Any customer equipment failure
- Hard drive failures
Online Support Videos
Answers to most questions can be obtained by watching the online videos. Available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
All technical support requests must be submitted on the New Image Software Technical Support Request form. We attempt to follow up all support requests within 4 hours Monday thru Friday during normal business hours. Support will be provided via email or phone based on the request submitted. Be sure to include a detailed explanation of your support request and include the best number(s) at which you can be reached.
New Image Software Subscriptions – Live Help Support and Upgrades
New Image Software utilizes GoToAssist® and ConnectWise Remote Support Clients for our Live Help support. During each interactive session our support technician will guide you through setup and training issues just as if they were at your office. Your support & upgrade features include:
- Unlimited Live Help for all New Image Software Subscriptions for Hosted Cloud Servers, iOS, & Network Server Subscription customers.
- Module purchasers receive free support for first 90 days and free upgrades for one year
- All New Image Software subscription customers receive Free upgrades.
- Live Help for customization, license transfers & iOS support may be purchased for $50 per 15 minute session.
- Data conversion available on a quotation basis.
- All support requests must be submitted through our online support ticket system.
